How we use it

We use your information solely to prepare a document checklist, review documents you submit for review, and coordinate on WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or phone. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

What we never do

We never request account passwords, 2FA codes, or recovery phrases. We never impersonate you on any platform. We never facilitate multi-accounting, sanctions circumvention, or fake identity submissions.

Data retention

Non-sensitive engagement records are retained only as long as needed for support and legal obligations. Identity documents shared for review are viewed within the engagement and are not retained.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting support@trustedexchanges.com.
