Before work begins
Full refunds are available before we deliver your personalised checklist.
After work begins
Once we deliver the checklist and begin document review, fees become non-refundable, since a substantial portion of the work is complete.
No approval, no refund
Because approval is decided by the platform, a rejection is not itself grounds for a refund. Where you followed our guidance and were rejected for a reason we missed, we will provide a resubmission review at no additional cost.

Note: Final verification approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant platform. We provide document preparation and process guidance only. We never request passwords, 2FA codes, or account credentials.
