Trusted Exchanges provides identity verification document preparation, review, and process guidance for the account holder. We do not act on your behalf on any third-party platform.

No approval guarantee

Final verification approval is at the sole discretion of the platform. We cannot and do not guarantee any outcome.

Consent & authorization

All engagements require the explicit authorization of the legitimate account holder. You represent and warrant that you are the account holder or an authorized signatory.

Prohibited uses

You may not use our services to facilitate identity theft, impersonation, sanctions circumvention, multi-accounting, or any activity that violates a platform's terms or applicable law.

Fees & refunds

Fees are described on the pricing page. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trusted Exchanges' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trusted Exchanges is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
